A letter from our founder, persuading you not to apply
We’ve always hired for curiosity. And curiosity has very little respect for job descriptions.
Every week, teammates visit customers or ride along with our users, returning with questions they didn’t know to ask before they went. Those questions tend to become things they want to fix.
So the job outgrows the role: get curious and you’ll soon own the fix. Teammates ship Slack ideas that afternoon and use new AI models the day they launch. The pace asks a lot.
People tell me they’ve learned more in their first few weeks here than they did in years at their last company. I love hearing that, and I want you to understand why.
You’ll get more responsibility than you feel ready for, and you’ll do the best work of your career faster than you thought possible. That’s not for most people.
But maybe you’re not most people.
